He walked in and was followed by 2 associates in the store, they corned him in the aisle and then told him that he needs to leave because he was seen stealing on another occasion and they have videos to prove it. They were so sure, even called another lady over to confirm. My husband was insulted and called the police. The associates then reviewed the video with the police and of course he was not the guy in the video. The associate said that she thought he might LOOKED like a guy and he can’t come back to the store today, but could return in the future. We have shopped at the Pine hills location in the past with no issues but after this incident we will NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER CITITREND!!
