The return policy is unclear, outdated, and honestly feels designed to make things as difficult as possible for customers. I came in simply wanting to exchange a pair of pants for the exact same pants just different size, and they still wouldn’t allow the exchange without charging me extra money. It made absolutely no sense. Instead of helping me with a straightforward swap, they made me return the pants completely and buy the pants again, which resulted in me having to pay even more out of pocket. The whole process felt inconvenient and unfair, and the staff didn’t seem interested in offering any reasonable solution. I won’t be shopping here again if this is how they treat their customers.

We’re actively looking. Cashier keeps asking if we’re ready to check out (no one behind us, 1 person checking out) I have no problem letting someone go ahead of us if we’re in someone’s way. It’s disappointing to feel so rushed.
