Their communication is non-existent. Multiple times I have tried to call them only to wait for 2 hours then have the call drop. They don't reach out to you about anything other than payment. The only time I got a hold of someone was on chat and they will straight lie to you. Don't believe them if they say they will email you about something. If you need it then try to get it while you have them because you'll wait the 72 hours that they say it takes then have to reach out to them again for what you need.
