  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Alo store in Alys Beach, and it was entirely due to how management conducts itself. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. Management was openly gossiping with coworkers instead of assisting shoppers, which was both obvious and inappropriate in a retail environment. When I tried to ask for help, the response I received was cold, condescending, and felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The way management treated customers made it clear that professionalism and customer service are not priorities at this location. The attitude and lack of basic respect genuinely ruined what should have been a positive experience at a brand like Alo. Because of how poorly this store is managed and how customers are treated, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Management sets the tone for the entire store, and unfortunately, this one sets a very negative one.

  Love Alo sm but this has definitely been one of the worst experiences. Every Alo I go to the employees are so helpful and sweet, making this one a bummer. I mean the all the employees except one sweet girl were bitter to the max. I literally went back home and did more shopping online because it was that bad.

  The ladies working there were very polite and helped me with my return process. They were quick and very friendly.
