I used my apple pay on my iphone to do my purchase but I believe the ladies name was Lydia said that you can only use physical card for a return. Which is total bs. She didn't do anything to remedy the situation. I don't know if it's blatant racism but I will not be shopping at this location again

So strange...The shoes are suede, they clearly got something on them and someone tried to clean off the suede? Whoever was trying to "fix" these shoes, burnished through the suede and ruined the shoe all together. I should be sent new shoes, not used. I didn't buy used shoes but thats what I got. Ridiculous. DSW quality has gone so down hill. I was going buy these from Amazon but decided to go with DSW because I trusted their quality, and ironically was sent a box of hot garbage. I rarely shop at DSW but probably won't bother after this. This level of poor quality is unacceptable.
