So strange...The shoes are suede, they clearly got something on them and someone tried to clean off the suede? Whoever was trying to "fix" these shoes, burnished through the suede and ruined the shoe all together. I should be sent new shoes, not used. I didn't buy used shoes but thats what I got. Ridiculous. DSW quality has gone so down hill. I was going buy these from Amazon but decided to go with DSW because I trusted their quality, and ironically was sent a box of hot garbage. I rarely shop at DSW but probably won't bother after this. This level of poor quality is unacceptable.

Also there was a short black gir with a low cut who offered assistance with a smile. BUT!!!! There were so many empty shelves in the womens section for heels and the selections present are not even cute. Wasted half hour driving here. Get some shoes and put in the store. They have more shoes for retirees who live in the bush. Worst dsw location I've been to. Get some more heels for people who don't live in the country side and under 65. There should NOT be this many empty shelves in a store.
