  I visited Altamonte Mall the other day, and I had the pleasure of meeting Kelvin, an incredibly helpful associate. He guided me through the store and helped me find the jeans I was looking for. It was a great experience, and I’m already planning to return to the store to shop with Kelvin and Alex, who are both wonderful people.

  I was excited to come in and do some Christmas shopping! I had a bunch of items ready to be purchased and saw a pair of shorts higher up. I thought that they would be my size. They had smaller sizes down below. I asked the young lady to try to help me get the size down. I was told very rudely by a young man that they cannot take sizes down that are up higher due to the regional manager being in town. He was just so rude and unprofessional. I ended up Putting my items back and did not buy anything. Terrible customer service

  Had the most unpleasant experience while trying on clothes in the fitting room. The attendant put me into a room and then banged on the door every 30 seconds to check if I was still in there, and continued to slam the other fitting room doors. Felt like there was a war going on in the fitting room. If you get clothes here, know your size because the fitting room will make you never want to return.
