- LHLisa HryckewyczApr 1, 20242.0I booked Skye for my daughter’s birthday party and was advised that there would be gift bags for the kids. Skye was great but the speaker they brought died 5 mins into the 30 min time frame with “dance party” and no goodie bags were brought. Thankfully I had some stuff on hand to make for the kids. The girl was very apologetic and said I would get a call from the owner the next day. I left 3 voicemails/messages with a live person with no return call and an email that did not get a response. It’s a shame, I was very excited to start using them since my daughter is 4 and many birthdays to come that I could use their services. Their customer service is poor at best.
- MRMonica RolandApr 2, 20225.0RJ was awesome to work with from Kool Beans! He did a great job. I hired him for my friends bridal shower and the balloon arch was the hit of the party! RJ was great at communicating, delivery and setup. Will definitely use his services again.
