- BHbree hearnDec 29, 20251.0i made an order on 12/28 at 1 pm due to the website saying this store closes at 3. around 2 i called to see if my anniversary gift would arrive yesterday and i had to call 4 times cause the store was closed but the website said 3 pm .... i put in 5 request 3 yesterday and 2 today to cancel and refund my order which was over $100 and haven't heard anything. I then called today at 12pm to get my refund and the lady said she cant do anything because my order was delivered , which it was not because i am home and have not received anything. i want my money back and i am willing to take this situation further if needed.

I always order from edible arrangements and my order always shows up on time and shows up for that matter. I ordered a few days ahead of mother's day and my order didn't arrive that day. I spoke with corporate on mother's day and they said it would be there and then turned around and called the Monday after mother's day and still no delivery and just given the run around. I mean if I ran a business like this I would be out of business. The corporate office is no help either because they just open up lots of tickets and cases. I have more case numbers then answers as to where my refund is or where my product is??? With....??? #whodoesbuisnesslikethis
