- BHbree hearnDec 29, 20251.0i made an order on 12/28 at 1 pm due to the website saying this store closes at 3. around 2 i called to see if my anniversary gift would arrive yesterday and i had to call 4 times cause the store was closed but the website said 3 pm .... i put in 5 request 3 yesterday and 2 today to cancel and refund my order which was over $100 and haven't heard anything. I then called today at 12pm to get my refund and the lady said she cant do anything because my order was delivered , which it was not because i am home and have not received anything. i want my money back and i am willing to take this situation further if needed.

If only they would have been more nicer possibly just a sorry we can’t help with that ! or you did not opt for that service ! would have been sufficient. I am not sure if the lady who answer the phone name was Burnay or Barney but they may need some assistance in the active listening and customer Service. Not a happy customer.

She RAVES about the chocolate covered strawberries so two days ago, I switched it up. I decided to get the variety dipped strawberries (some with cookie crumbles, white chocolate, etc.) and the look on her face (through FaceTime because of social distancing) said it ALL! Absolutely loved them!!! Thank you to the Edible Arrangements Crew, who make it happen even during a time such as this.
