On Sunday morning I received a phone call from Jasmine informing me that the order would be delivered by 1 pm Sunday. She went as far as reaching out to the recipient and then getting back to me to let me know as such. Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with, expressing concern over the order and the delivery. She allayed any fear of my friend not receiving the order. If I could I would give her 100 stars. I wish more people were like her, we would have a nicer planet. I filed a complaint and also called customer service(45 minute wait) The agent & “manager” blamed the photos on corporate. And would not give me a refund because the flowers were correct for “what i ordered.” She gaslit me the whole conversation and showed no empathy. Once i referenced the 100% satisfaction guarantee she goes on to say that only applies for having the wrong items delivered. **DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! ** Attached photos.
