  Can’t even return glasses because the worker said they were scratch but i only had it for 20 days brand new had no scratch then they still said no so pls never buy expensive glasses here or cheap glasses

  I am a 45 years old educated man and was treated like a felon at Sunglass hut. My wife purchased sunglasses at Sunglass hut. She was not sure about style and they told us if you not like it you can exchange in 90 days. My wife wore it twice and did not like the sunglasses. Next week we went to the store to exchange it. The young guy behind the counter said there are scratches in the sunglasses and he can not return it. When I ask to show me scratches he told me there are some specs on the glasses which neither me nor my wife could see. I am a fair guy and understand the policies that if it is not in the original condition it can not be retuned, but what bothered me was that there was no scratches. I showed him their new glasses on the shelf all has same “specs”. The guy was very rude to me . I asked to talk to manager and he told me he is the manager. I asked to talk to higher up and they called the corporate and they said they can exchange it this time and make an exception. However, I felt I was mistreated badly and there was no scratch to start with. I tired to explain to the young manager what my point of view was and customers should not be treated rudely. He was not willing to listen. I strongly believe he had a racist attitude toward dark skin people and that is why he was so unreasonable and rude to me. As I am taking to him he tried to intimidate me by saying he is a cop. There was no reason for him to be so rude toward me. I am dentist and not a felon. As I was talking to him he walked away and he told me he is going to call the police and asked me to leave the store. I was never kicked out of store in my life. Everywhere I go people are courteous and professional. When I went to write a review I saw the same store has total of two other reviews and both were negative. In this store it seems employees are poorly trained and the owner does not care about customers. I am not sure if racism played a role in this incident but it was very unusual for me to be treated so poorly.
