I was very nice on the phone and I understand there’s a 30 day return policy but wasn’t sure if we could just exchange for a size. Definitely need better customer service.

You could see new inventory and have an idea of what they have in stock. Now, they direct you to look at Ralph Lauren’s main website, but that hardly shows things they have. -Prices are much higher now for items, some items are no longer on sale either. You definitely need one of their coupons now to help ease the pain at the register. I would make special trips to buy things but no longer. Unfortunately the deals aren’t so good anymore.

After calling several stores Dave at this store was great! He took time to find the item in her size, when I said I couldn’t drive there for a couple days he said no problem he would ship it to me. This was on a Sunday, by Tuesday mid morning the item was on my door step. Thank you to Dave for your service. My daughter is thrilled with her new “corgi” sweater.

I bought a sweater priced at $75, only to discover that the store had intentionally placed a sticker over the real price tag, which was $65. The same sweater is also marked as $65 with extra discounts on the official website. It’s completely deceptive to hide the original price just to squeeze an extra $10 out of loyal customers. I feel scammed and will not be returning.
