- KLK. L.Aug 13, 20251.0Vacationing in Ocean City Md from CT. Drove over an hour to this store. I get back to the vacation rental and realize the sales person never removed the security tag. I called the store back and spoke to the manager. I explained we are visiting from CT and I cannot drive over an hour back to the store to have it removed. She offered no solution and suggested I stop in to Old Navy or a Levi store nearby in MD and see if they can help remove the tag. I'm basically stuck with an item I can't wear now. Maybe train your employees to be more aware. So pissed.

I did not have my receipt and the person that originally waited on me did not ask for my phone number so there was no record. I paid cash. I could have bought an extender but I didn't think that would work. Nothing could be done so I left the bra on the counter and the salesperson said I can't do anything with this and I said neither can I.😡 I went in the store to buy strapless bra. I know my size was 44D and the woman that waited on me talked me into my size was 42C. It is partially my fault I let her talk me into it, but it was a waste of money. At the time I saw everything hanging out of my back my sides and I said I don't think this is the right size is it supposed to be like this and she said oh yes. She just wanted to make the sale. Now I have a bra that I can't even get on and I don't have the receipt. I'll never go back there again and be talked into something that really doesn't fit me because the salesperson wanted to make a sale. I am crushed in it. I can't even pull the bra around to be able to hook it. So disappointed and such a waste of money.
