- LBLeah BrasureSep 17, 20251.0Just recently went to this store today to return a shirt. Upon walking to the front counter I placed my bag down and receipt. The light skin black female staff member at the counter, with curly hair, unsure of her name, never spoke a word. The staff member had difficulty deciphering which shirt on the receipt was the return. I advised her I only purchased 2 shirts, one light blue and one floral. I advised that I was returning the one that stated “floral” on the receipt, hence the shirt was floral. I was ignored completely. Once figuring out it was the floral shirt on the receipt she stated i’d receive my refund back to my card and handed me a receipt. I said thank you as I took the receipt where she then again didn’t say a word. Absolutely horrific customer service. I will not be returning to this store.
