  You need to ask for a copy of the work order - the wrong mat was used. You need to ask to have your large picture elevated so you do not have to get on the floor to look at it. The picture was stored on the floor. When asked if there was a better way to view it was told they could lay it on the table to view but would also be difficult to fully see it. You need to ask to have your large picture wrapped and cardboard piece for protection added to take it home. Was told only if you buy the frame there do they wrap it.

  Absolutely terrible. They do not make their parking clear signage and then threaten to tow your vehicle all while taking information such as photos, descriptions, and your license plate number to add to their database. If they put enough time into their parking signage clear that it’s for their place of business (as that is NOT clear if you’ve never seen or heard of said business), this wouldn’t cause issues. Instead, they’d rather stick to lies and threats. I’d be more understanding if I was parked for an hour or two, but I certainly was not parked there for well over an hour. Had it been more clear that it was reserved specifically for said business’ customers and employees, I definitely wouldn’t parked there unknowing. I was looking for a frame for my degree and this could have been an ideal place to get it. Though after this ordeal, there’s absolutely no point in supporting a business that revels in making threats with such a nasty attitude.

  We went in to get a price on a custom cut matte with three layers, they under cut michaels price by quite a bit and did it all in 15 mins, where as michaels was going to take up to 2 weeks. Excellent job, matte looks great, very pleased, I will definitely go to them in the future, and recomend to anyone.

  Anne Marie was very patient and kind. Since I am no professional artist, she helped me pick the right colors that would make my needlework piece pop! Then she spent a good deal of time with me getting the right colors down to the right price. When I picked up my order I gasped at how amazing it looked!!! It was so amazing. I had such a positive experience here.
