  I want to bring to this companies attention that I am deeply saddened by the closing of this store at Christiana Mall. I came into the store and was approached by a very special employee. Her name is, Ty Brown. I am not good at picking out clothes that look good on me. Infact, I hate wearing dresses so much because of the varicose veins that I have on my legs. Ty, showed me how I can wear a dress and feel confident in it. She has excellent designers advice. I am close to 60 years old and have never come across an individual who is so kind, caring and concerned about how I looked and felt in clothes she picked out for me. She was honest on what looked good on me and sincere on what didnt. She even knew my size of clothing without even asking me. It saved me time in the changing room which I appreciate so much. Ty, herself was dressed eloquently. I knew from the start that how she was dressed made a difference to me. She is beautiful, classy, kind and so knowledgeable about dressing a customer who needed so much help. I am deeply saddened that with this store closing that I will not have that connection with future purchases that I will have with clothing. I hope Nordstrom recognizes what they have done to the Delaware community by closing this store. Ty, is an asset to Nordstrom. What a complete loss the company will have in closing the store with having her as an employee. Ty, if you come across this review I wish you the best in your career wherever you may land.   Great products. Honestly the main reason I go is for the coffee. Its really good and the staff is very nice

  They sold me a grenadine necktie online that arrived with a giant hole in the front blade. I had to drive miles and miles to return it. Nordstrom customer service wouldn’t just refund me the $110 I spent on this damaged piece of trash they sent me.

  I was assisted by a young lady named Christa at the Estee Lauder counter on 2.14.26. The level of patience, care and clarity, not to mention her professionalism was TOP TIER!! Please give her a raise and a recognition.
