    Employee is very RACIST AND DISCRIMINATION to me. They didn’t ask for email or membership qr code but did ask the lady (a white person) behind me. I contacted them and the response is lack of training and highly unprofessional for a big brand.

    This store and the team is absolutely fantastic. I brought up a issue that I had over the phone and one of the team members brought it to their managers attention (Matt). Matt was able to fix and resolve the issues I had and made my day so much better. I highly recommend this lululemon store as they have always been so helpful prior to this interaction.
