- ECEsanse ChavezAug 17, 20251.0I had gotten a bag from Christiana mall for them. I was trying to return it and they said that the bag has to be in perfect selling condition. They didn’t say any of that over the phone and as far as I knew someone told me from that store that I could either return or exchange it. If you work for a business I would hope you tell the customer everything over the phone verses them driving a hour and a half to go to the store. Bad communication and bad business I’m sorry but I’m never buying from them again.
