  I had gotten a bag from Christiana mall for them. I was trying to return it and they said that the bag has to be in perfect selling condition. They didn’t say any of that over the phone and as far as I knew someone told me from that store that I could either return or exchange it. If you work for a business I would hope you tell the customer everything over the phone verses them driving a hour and a half to go to the store. Bad communication and bad business I’m sorry but I’m never buying from them again.

  Terrible Experience with MK Store - No Tag, No Exchange I purchased a handbag from MK Store as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. When I gave the gift, my friend wanted to exchange it for a different style, but when we went to the store, we were told that the exchange was not possible because the handbag didn’t have the tag. Here’s the issue: **the tag was never given to me in the first place** when I bought the item. The store staff failed to attach it to the bag or provide it with the purchase, so we were unable to complete the exchange even though the item was in new condition and still eligible. It was extremely frustrating, especially considering it was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and now my friend is stuck with something they don't want. This was a very poor experience with MK Store, and I feel deceived and disappointed. I expected better customer service and professionalism from such a reputable brand. I won't be shopping here again, and I highly recommend being very careful if you decide to make a purchase.
