    The store clerk, which was a middle aged white lady, was super nasty to me and was very condescending and making me feel embarrassed when I stopped by and asked a question about a return. This is a bra store where you’re supposed to make people feel comfortable and it’s a very intimate store so I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I was very close to not buying anything else, but thankfully, there was a decent enough store clerk that was with that nasty white lady who was courteous enough to at least help me find a better bra. She was the only reason why I was willing to pay more money for this company. If that lady was not there Lane Bryant wouldn’t have had my business anymore. I did call customer service already and explained the whole situation. I did give a kudos to the lady that was courteous enough to me. Now, when it comes to customer complaints, I do understand that companies basically do not do anything about it at the end of the day, but I really hope that whoever that nasty lady was does get reprimanded because she does not belong in that store.

    Nasty old broads work at this location. I asked one sales associate how the sale was told one thing and then when I get to the register it was twice what the price original lady said. Then they started arguing with me and looping some random other customer. I told the other lady to stay out of our conversation. Worst experience I had at this location. I have a credit card with them and I hardly use it. Now I will use it even less.
