- CCCrystal CheekSep 20, 20251.0I am so completely disgusted with this place me and my husband went in there after he worked at 12-hour shift for a big man supposedly security to come up and grab him and chest bump him then ask him if he was drunk while I was shopping and then turned around and followed us through the store I've had a JCPenney's card for 30 years and I come in the store and this is what happens then I call no one answers and then I finally go to a department on the phone for somebody to answer it and when I ask for a manager they hung up in my ear and now refuse to answer the phone again this is a disgrace I am so irate I'm canceling my card I am not doing this with these people anymore everybody's customer service ridiculous

We had looked 5 other places and finally turned here. I have always liked JC Penny, but will remember to turn to them first in the future
