- SJS JDec 27, 20251.0Today I go into DSW and I noticed how when I walked in barely any acknowledgement as they did others who came in behind me . I always go straight to clearance first to see what goodies they’ve marked down and then on to the regular priced stuff. As I’m browsing through the clearance racks which mind you are in the back of the store I could feel eyes watching me . Then the security woman or man whatever it was started pacing in the back !!!! Like really! If you don’t want people in the back of the store don’t put clearance racks back there. Then two other associates pretend to straighten out shoes as I’m still browsing. It’s very unnerving to have some 10.00 an hour associates watching me . I was in there for not even 15 minutes and clearly I left . I will never go back in there again . I’ll spend my money at Neiman or Nordstrom!!!!!!! Do better and find something else to do besides profiling customers.

There was a lovely lady name Janet who went above and beyond to assist me with finding my rewards on the app to take off $ off of my purchases. Let me tell you I saved over $60 . What a joy .
