When she finally agreed to ring me up, she complained from then until I walked out the door to me and the associate next to her about the black mark she was going to get and how she almost made it through her shift. It was pretty awkward and embarrassing for her. If you get a "black mark" because I don't sign up for the program, you should direct that anger at your employer, not customers. Enjoy this last sale. I'll never shop here again.
