- MPM P1 day ago4.0The store itself has more than I expected, which was nice. Everyone who worked there was professional and friendly. I bought a rifle and that whole process took an hour, the longest I've ever experienced anywhere. I was okay with that but the ammo was locked up and I wasn't about to wait more time so I left without getting any. I think it would be efficient if I could buy the ammo along with my firearm at the firearm counter. Waiting to buy a firearm, then waiting again to buy ammo is not customer friendly. Also, most stores that size have a section to get refreshments. The store did have areas to sit either alone or with your kids so having maybe a coffee or water to go would make the waiting more bearable.

Santa made my son so happy and truly was a spectacular person, the store was very clean, organized, and had such a tremendous display of anything outdoors you could ever think of. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone near and far and wish the best experience to all in the future.

You made a big deal and made signs "celebrating veterans" with a "free breakfast for veterans", only to insult us with a stale doughnut as the "free breakfast". That was a slap in the face, not just to those that took the time to be there first thing in the morning, but to those that couldn't make it because they made the ultimate sacrifice. Whom ever made the decision to call a stale doughnut breakfast to celebrate veterans should at the very least be ashamed, and deserves to be fired.

Love cabelas just like any other hunter/fisherman and have been going to this store basically since it has opened and sometime in the multiple time a week especially during fishing season, but today though i went there specifically for a deer dragging harness and to purchase and new crossbow. ( Debating between tenpoint tx28 and tx440. $2000-$2600 ) but while looking for the deer dragging harness, I noticed a “SECRET” security watching me and really didnt care so i go on looking around at other random hunting stuff like any hunter does in cabels before making my way to the crossbow section and again notice the security guy still following me around so now at this point im annoyed and irritated about it so i go look at the two crossbows real quick and i decide that ill just go buy my new crossbow somewhere else that actually isnt going to judge me on how i dress so i went to the register paid for the harness and a fishing hook hat clip and left because why should i buy my crossbow here for 2600 and give a business that amount of money after they judged a book by its cover.
