- MSM S2 days ago1.0Be careful. Check your purchase before you leave the store. I bought this in my local store and I should of checked everything before I left. When I got home the kit only had ONE magazine. Supposed to come with 2. Call the store and basically told me it is on ME ! I purchased many firearms from Cabela's and didn't expect the answer I got from the store. NEVER again! I will pay more money and support local now after this! No Problem ! Bye Cabela's

- OSOfficer ShawDec 30, 20251.0I am just now walking out of this store here, & I walked in at 4pm and asked one man for help exactly at 4:06pm. He responded you have to give me a min. I responded " sure sir, I'll be right here. He comes back out from the back after a few mins and walks right pass me to help a few other people. 50mins later he nor anyone else back at the FIRE ARMS counter even stopped to ask if I was being assisted by anyone or if I needed help. I watched this man with his bald head and black glasses walk pass me time and time again. I am the Chief of Constables and I was simply trying to ask how many cases of ammo could my company purchase for our training shoots. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. My first & last time I will ever step foot in that building. I said or did nothing disrespectful nor cause a scene. Unbelievable how costumer service doesn't matter at this place. Each staff walked by as if I didnt exist at all.

The were mixing walk ins with people like myself who had reservations & I made my reservations as soon as people were able to make them. We ended up leaving without getting pictures because it was a hot mess. I remembered that Cabela's did Easter Bunny photos & when we took Sadie it was a great experience. Thankfully I was able to make an appointment for Sadie to see Santa at Cabela's. I was VERY impressed with the Santa setup & Santa himself not only looked like a real Santa he interacted with Sadie so well! It was an OUTSTANDING experience & I cannot thank you guys enough for having Santa at your stores. We will DEFINITELY visit Santa again next year. We went to the Cabela's in Newark Delaware & everyone was great.
