  I walked into a ghost town. Empty store, zero customers, staff with nothing to do — and they still told me I needed an appointment just to put my name on a waitlist. Not to buy anything. Not to try anything on. A waitlist. In an empty store. The arrogance is staggering. Sales associates treating potential customers like an inconvenience. You built a $10 million shrine to luxury on Rolex’s brand equity and use it as a stage for gatekeeping theater. Remarkable. To the person in charge of their marketing Who’s About to Copy-Paste Their Response: Save it. We’ve all seen it — “We appreciate you sharing your experience and sincerely apologize. We strive to maintain the highest customer service standards and your feedback is invaluable.” If your standards were actually that high, you wouldn’t need a template apology smoother than a Submariner crystal that you deploy on every single 1-star review like clockwork. “Your feedback is invaluable” — clearly not, because nothing has changed. Don’t reply to me. Retrain your staff.

  Jas was exceptional , she was very well versed in what I was looking for and gave her expert advice on the watch that I was considering. She spent a lot of time going over the details and description of the watch. I would highly recommend using Jas. This was our first visit to 1916 watch company, but it won’t be our last. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you

  Hilda did it again! She was able to get me the exact watch I was looking for, and I truly appreciated her patience throughout the process. She never once pushed me to purchase something I didn’t want and was always happy to answer my questions or accommodate my drop-ins. Most importantly, she treated me and my family with the utmost respect every time we visited. One thing that really stands out about Hilda is her attention to detail and the genuine care she puts into the customer experience. This is my second timepiece from Hilda and the team at The 1916 Company (formerly Radcliffe Jewelers), and I look forward to giving them more of my business in the future. Thank you again!

  I visited the store and met with Russell. From the moment I sat down, he made the whole experience feel approachable rather than intimidating. He took me the time to walk me through multiple models, explaining the history behind each one and what makes each one special. I'm very glad I met with him and look forward to coming back.

  I recently moved back to Delaware and was looking for a local authorized Rolex retailer when I came across 1916 Company. I was introduced to Fernando and had a great experience working with him. Fernando took the time to walk me through several models including Oyster Perpetuals, Datejusts, and Submariners and was incredibly knowledgeable about the collection. He was patient, informative, and made the experience enjoyable without any pressure. He also introduced me to Rolex’s Certified Pre-Owned program, which I appreciated learning more about as I start building out my collection again. Overall it was a great first visit to 1916. If you are planning to stop in I would definitely suggest asking for Fernando. He was fantastic to work with.
