  I had an amazing experience with 1916 Jewelers. My sales rep, Jas Lee, was incredible from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process with patience, transparency, and a real eye for design. We worked together to create a beautiful ring, and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. My fiancée loves her ring, and she’s been getting nonstop compliments on how stunning it is. Jas made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend 1916 Jewelers and especially Jas!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Hilda King at The 1916 Company/Radcliffe Jewelers an Official Rolex Jeweler in the Christiana Mall, Newark, DE for the purchase of a Rolex Submariner Date, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.   I recently visited Radcliffe Jewelers at Christiana mall, Delaware to explore some new timepieces, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the opportunity to handle different models in person, which really helped me make an informed decision. Special thanks to Fernando for exceptional service, spending time and explain about availability, and attention to detail. This is a local Rolex Authorized Dealer, in the greatest proximity to my home and I greatly appreciate Fernando who helped me to register a watches that I am interested to purchase.

  I had the pleasure of having Russell Washington at the Radcliffe Christiana Mall guide me through my first Rolex selection. He listened to what type of time pieces I like and introduced me to several. I ultimately chose the Oyster Perpetual Pistachio, got home and changed my mind. Russell called back within the hour to confirm my change to a DateJust Mint Green. An hour after that, he called again to inform me that a client refused to purchase a DJMG and asked if I wanted it. Of course!!! Despite the numerous articles and even the retailer stating that it could take 3+ months to receive this watch, the Universe aligned and I had it within one day!!!   Had a WONDERFUL experience with Russell in the Rolex Dept. The knowledge, conversation, comfortable environment, and personal touch he presented to my wife and I was best in class. My wife and I have purchased watches at other jewelers and or even shopped at other 1916 establishments and truthfully the nice happy people attending us, Russell's knowledge, the other wonderful array of watch brands, ease of communicating and ultimately our purchase was the best we have experienced. Thanks Russell and thank you 1916/Radcliffe Jewelers for making our shopping experience fun, special, and entertaining! We will be back! I highly recommend this store and Russell. I should also add if ANYONE gets the chance and is interested in the non-Rolex product lines - Trusha Amin is so nice and listens! She really aided my wife on her selection and was personable and really got to know my wife and I. Trusha deserves kudos for our genuine and kind she was. We walked about grateful to have shopped and bought from this store. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the market for jewelry and or watches.
