  Yesterday I received a fresh, beautiful fruit & chocolate arrangement from this establishment for my birthday from my family in North NJ. All the fruits-melons/pineapple/strawberries were firm, sweet & delicious. And the chocolate was tasty as well. The delivery gal was very nice. I have ordered from some E.A. When I lived in NJ & was very disappointed in the quality of the fruit. This is the best I ever had. I have read some reviews & am thoroughly surprised by some Negative comments. Either they have made improvements or changed management. I would give more stars if I could. Now I know where I can order future EA gifts from. Thank you!

  Love the chocolate covered strawberries I got from this location! Nice and sweet! The service was amazing! Will visit again!

  It's truly unfortunate that this is the only edible arrangements in our area. We love edible and through our travels have ordered countless times from many different locations (Virginia, New York, Florida) and unfortunately our experience with this one in Lewes seems to always be a headache. The last time we purchased from them was a simple treat ourselves day where we picked our order up. Just a few personal items nothing extravagant. When we arrived to pick up we weren't given all of our items and when I asked about what we were missing I was told they no longer carry it. The associate told me they would process a refund and it would take 2 weeks I said no problem. When emailed the automated "how was your experience" I replied indicating the issue. We never heard back. A little after the two weeks passed we reached back out. There was not a manager there but the employee said she reach out to the manager and that the refund would take 2 weeks - again I said okay no problem but made sure I let her know that they already told us that. Well here it is 2 weeks later and we still haven't heard anything or received our refund. The fact that they couldn't even pick up the phone and let us know anything at all or a simple email or apology is absurd. I called again today the manager wasnt there (suprise suprise) and needless to say they have lost our business. Im sure by our experience that they could care less about losing a customer (or they would have followed up with us through any method by now) but for us we are pretty bummed out about it. We always order a platter for the holidays and thoroughly enjoy that tradition - disappointed to say the least.
