- THTerry HamiltonMar 13, 20261.0I was referred by another florist. I asked for an sympathy arrangement instead they received flowers in a vase. I was very disappointed in how it looked when my friend sent a picture of it. I realize this is in Dover and gas is 3.49 a gallon but 17.00 for a delivery fee is ridiculous. 10.00 is reasonable. I'm calling my local florist that recommended them and tell them I wouldn't buy from them again. I worked for a florist years ago and an arrangement was a container with oasis and flowers and greens in it.

They are going to create a different bouquet ( the picture online appears to be very pink, but it's actually not so it was a misunderstanding on my part really ) Delivery was fast. I've used this florist multiple times and I'm aware that they can't get the arrangements to look exactly like the picture online, but the order delivered today wasn't even close. I ordered this specific arrangement because my sister's favorite color is pink. The one's delivered were purple and red with a couple pink pieces. When you spend close to 90 dollars on flowers, you expect them to look close to the arrangement you ordered.
