    I have ordered a lot of times from this place in Dover DE and the products have always been decent, (subpar fruit, good flowers, great chocolate) This Valentine's day my order did not show up at all. I called and called only to be transferred to voicemail because of a high call volume. The next day on the 15th I was contacted by Jessica who is apparently the store manager and she briefly asked if I wanted a refund or a new delivery date. She did not offer an apology or anything else to rectify the fact that Edible Arrangements ruined the Valentine's day gift for my wife. This is outrageous work by a company I buy from multiple times a year and I have no idea how the manager is so impassive and unimpressed by missing a deadline, to the point she just says "do you want a refund or a new date"? It's mind blowing to think this business is still rocking and rolling despite the quality and professionalism from the manager Jessica. I couldn't see myself spending another dollar here.

    The woman who took my order was kind and i did receive my freebies from previous order perk. But today when picked up my order everything was frozen. They didn't realize it apparently and had to remake the arrangement at the time. It put us behind schedule for a birthday luncheon by over half hour. Supposedly it's all new help, the owner just purchased the place. I hope it goes better soon. They're cancelling orders 😔. I feel bad for those people.

    This review is in regards to the horrible customer service I received at this EA location. I placed my order in advance for delivery and had already paid the $10 delivery fee. I even received a confirmation. The day before delivery, I received a call stating that it would be an additional $10 because the delivery was “two towns over” and they “don’t deliver that far.” There was absolutely nothing on the app stating that I would be charged extra. When I questioned why this wasn’t disclosed when I placed my order, the manager said that if I hadn’t answered the phone, my recipient simply wouldn’t have received their birthday surprise and they would have just refunded me because he’s “not eating the cost.” I had no issue paying the fee, but once an order is placed and confirmed, that should be it. I should not receive a call three days later—right before delivery—asking for more money. I even asked the manager if $10 was more important than their reputation, because refusing to deliver an already paid-for order over such a small amount is unacceptable. He clearly didn’t care. He canceled my order and ruined the birthday surprise. I will never patronize this business again, and I highly suggest others do the same. They have no code of ethics—money is all that matters to them, not their customers.

    I ordered a fruit arrangement and within an hour recieved it for my wedding anniversary as a surprise for my hubby. The lady that delivered it was super sweet. The arrangement was just like the photo. Totally worth it. Made my hubbys day.
