  Horrible service there and not very friendly, both African American ladies had an attitude when I tried to get serviced and their excuse when I was trying to get serviced by them was that they only do people stuff that they’ve already worked on and they turned me away. Which doesn’t make any sense at all, never heard of a tailor only servicing specific people that they have only worked on.

  Ramon and Raiza really go beyond expectations! They are, by far, the best in customer service that I have ever experienced. I took 3 pairs of dress pants that I needed hemmed by the very next day and Ramon was able to get them back the very same day I dropped off! All for such a low price! Also, I am very picky about how I want my altercations and Ramon did the hems exactly how I pictured, actually even better! Very happy customer.

  Yo this place was amazing. They tailored 4 pairs of my pants and even when one wasn’t fitting the best they fixed it again free of charge. I really respect how they do waist lines and tapering. I also played guitar at their customer appreciation day. Lol. It was just an awesome experience and i will return for sure

  I met Ramon at another Tailor shop 8 years ago! I wasn’t satisfied with the service and what they were telling me there. Ramon has an eye for fashion and knows how to create and craft any garments. He explains the difference in fabrics and more importantly shows me the quality of the construction of the garment. The Capital Tailor is perfectly located in Georgetown on a street that’s not too busy. The shop is bigger than any other tailor shop with two floors. The Style Bar theme of creating and crafting your garment and options digitally is new in the fashion industry. The selection of top notch fabrics from all the most respected names in custom clothing. They even have ready to wear suits, jeans, shirts, ties, and jewelry and bead accessories. Ramon and Raiza are very hospitable when you come through the door. This is a place with a comfortable atmosphere, you don’t mind spending time in.
