  I had a handful of RayBans that needed to be fixed. I went to this location and found Tae to be extraordinarily helpful! Within 10 minutes, he provided me a solution and fixed my glasses. Appreciate him!

  Staff was great, selection great and we have always loved Ray Ban in the past….but buyer beware if you are looking to buy sunglasses and have your prescription put in. We did this for a pair for our son who needs scripts to drive …$500 plus later and all done thru Ray Ban we received sunglasses. Within a week lenses popped out. We took back on the next visit to DC. Within another few months it happened again and we happened to be near in store in CA and they fixed. It just happened again for third time this summer and we called store to see if they could fix but since we cannot bring them in and it’s been over a year they can’t help us. The person I spoke to was nice but doesn’t help now that we have broken glasses and are out a lot of money. Just warning that the prescription lenses do not fit like the ones sold in normal sunglasses so be aware if you plan to make this investment.
