The salesperson was very attentive and eager while making the sale, but that level of service completely disappeared after the purchase was made. I received little to no communication regarding my order and had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get updates. It’s frustrating, especially considering the amount of money spent, to feel overlooked once the transaction is complete. It has now been three weeks, my item still hasn’t shipped, and the lack of proactive communication has made the entire experience feel unprofessional and stressful. At this level of luxury retail, better service and follow-through should be expected. I would recommend going somewhere that values consistent customer service and professionalism throughout the entire buying process—not just at the point of sale. I did not received my order, and disputing the transaction. Please beware.

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the woman who helped me (a blonde woman, March 26, morning), but I had an excellent customer experience. I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in and was told she would be with me shortly. I waited less than five minutes before being helped. It was my first purchase, and the sales associate assisted me in creating an account with the store. While I was waiting for her to wrap my purchase, another associate came over to make sure I was being helped. I will definitely be back at this LV location!
