  Had two pieces framed here recently — one of which was abnormally large, so big I actually had to come pick it up in person rather than have it shipped. Even with a piece that size, the team was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Turnaround was impressively fast — about two weeks for the oversized piece, which honestly exceeded my expectations. For anything smaller, you can expect even quicker results. Framebridge Georgetown clearly takes pride in their work and their customer service. Highly recommend!

  I recently ordered online, but when I saw the Georgetown DC store I popped in to look at options IRL. Justin was so friendly and helpful. He was knowledgable and professonal without being pushy. He showed me the mat options and I was able to upgrade my online order. Justin is an excellent representative of your company! So far, I have been very very happy with the ease and price-points at Framebridge. Mailing my art in was so efficient and cost effective. Can’t wait to see the product and definitely plan on using Framebridge again ASAP.

  I cannot say enough good things about Justin, the Associate, who worked with us! He was absolutely incredible, he was so attentive and the entire time we could tell he just wanted the best options for us. He was extremely knowledgeable with design and we walked out feeling so excited for our order! Because of him specifically, we will be coming back to frame more things! Please give Justin a raise and a bonus!!! On a separate note, I loved our end results, but also do wish Framebridge had more frame options and a few more matte colors. (A brighter blue, deeper/darker green, more magenta pink matte and frames- just want to get more things framed so would like a few more options to have in my house, love the Santorini and London frames and the wood frames were very beautiful but pretty common looking).

  I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this Framebridge store. They are polite, they are professional, they are helpful and they know what they are doing. I have now framed 9 or 10 different items with them over a period of time and each piece looks great. Also, I had forgotten to ask for a wire with which to hang a pic so I took the piece back. in and they changed the hardware and added a wire in no time flat!
