Tiffany’s in CityCenterDC is my go to location. The advisors in there are phenomenal. From the hospitality to the attentiveness. Everyone in there is making sure to greet you in some way. I always feel so welcomed.
The craftsmanship speaks for itself. The diamonds are unlike any other. I love that they help up keep your pieces, even if they are no longer an active style. I’ve had my pieces for years, after a full refurbishment you would think I just bought it.
I will always be returning to this Tiffany location as my experience has never been anything but spectacular.

I have consistently received excellent customer service at The Tiffany & Company Collection at Chevy Chase, which is why my experiences at the City Center location are so disappointing.
During my most recent visit, I felt rushed and completely unheard by the sales representative. While I was explaining my concern regarding a faulty item, she appeared more focused on shutting down the conversation than actually listening or resolving the issue. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the level of service one expects from Tiffany & Co.
Although the Store Director eventually spoke with me, which I appreciate, the intervention came too late to repair the experience. After this most recent incident, I will no longer patronize the City Center location.
If you value attentive and respectful customer service, I strongly recommend visiting another Tiffany & Co. location that upholds the standard of care that Tiffany & Co. is known for.

The one star is only for the beauty of the store itself. Beware! I did not expect a routine watch battery replacement to expose such a complete breakdown of service at Tiffany & Co.
I brought my Tiffany & Co. watch (a Baume & Mercier collaboration) to the Washington, DC location for a routine battery replacement. I was told I’d be contacted within three weeks, as the store has no service department.
After seven weeks with no communication, I called to follow up and was told they couldn’t replace the battery because it was a collaboration piece — despite the fact that this same watch has been serviced multiple times at the Tiffany location in Chicago without issue. I drive to Washington to pick up my watch, the response from management was dismissive and unapologetic. No apology was offered.
I then took the watch to a local jeweler, who replaced the battery in five minutes for $20.
SEVEN WEEKS without any communication....Luxury brands are defined by how they treat their customers — and this Tiffany & Co. location failed completely. This was not a service experience worthy of the Tiffany name.
