- NZNaghmeh ZFeb 22, 20261.0I went to this store to pick up my Ray ban glasses in the morning of February 21, 2026. The store clerk (a young girl) was inefficient, incompetent and rude. She just gave me negative answers, instead of helping me which was her "duty." While I had the delivery proof for my glasses, she kept telling me no glasses were delivered there. I had to persuade her to look for them and finally she found them. No apologies for wasting my time, not even usual pleasantries expected from a store clerk. This was my last visit to this store.

I wore a new pair once, my wife didn’t like the style, and I brought them back within the window with the case and receipt. The associate took a few-second look, held them to the light, and declared they weren’t in “original condition,” so no return. I have inspected them repeatedly and cannot find a visible scratch. They were worn once, then stored in the box. Two problems. First, a policy marketed as easy felt like a gotcha. If “original condition” means “never tried on outside,” say that upfront. Second, the interaction was unnecessarily curt. I left feeling like the default is to refuse returns, not help customers. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. This experience cost them future business that far exceeds the margin on one return. Shop with caution and get absolute clarity on what “easy returns” actually means before you buy.
