- STScott TurkAug 23, 20251.0Absolutely horrible and disrespectful staff. I will not ever be coming back here. I legitimately was talking with an associate about purchasing a very expensive watch. I was taking some pictures of some outfits I liked to see how they could be incorporated into my wardrobe. An extremely rude and abrasive associate said “you cannot film in the store. You need to stop immediately.” The associate was beyond disrespectful and condescending in his town. I asked if that policy was posted anywhere, not to defy him, but purely because I was so taken back that I legitimately was curious if there was a sign or something I missed. The rude employee said that it’s not posted, it’s just their policy. That’s fine. I respect that. But I do not respect that the associate thought it was appropriate to speak to a customer the way he did. I purchase a significant amount of PRL. I won’t ever be going back to this store.

He made no effort to locate my order (which was already in the store) and created friction instead of resolving the issue. I raised this with the store manager, but the response was delayed and unengaged, leaving the impression that he simply didn’t care. I expect better service and store management from Ralph Lauren.
