  I just have to share my experience in this men’s store as well as the women’s store with the Georgetown r&b team. Always friendly, fun, easy to work with, and when we’ve had an issue they were quick to make it right even when the situation wasn’t necessarily their fault (it was UPS!). They even sent me a handwritten holiday card! True clients know the experience and I can tell you right now that anyone that says otherwise, isn’t an actual client of the store.

  I don’t usually write reviews but I came in with my husband a couple of days ago and wasn’t greeted when we came in .There was a nice young man that greeted us but he got pulled to the back Dre if I’m not mistaken was his name. No one else asked us if we needed help or anything , the so called manager was in there think her name was Sela and I guess her assistant I don’t know what she was doing but she was definitely all over the place Grace was her name no assistance at all. Overall terrible customer service felt really discriminated against will not be returning to this location they must be racist at this point did not feel welcomed at all. Don’t go here just ended up ordering online.

  Came into the mens store to get a gift for my brother. The team was extremely helpful finding the perfect gift. I didn’t know where to start just that he loved the brand & the team went out of their way to see what he had gotten in the past and gave me lots of ideas. When they didn’t have his size in store, they expedited shipping directly to my house so that i would be able to give it to him this weekend. Seriously a stand-out experience!! Will be coming back again!

  Always an amazing time at r&b Georgetown. Anyone who doesn’t have a positive experience here (see the 1 random review out of all the good ones), the problems you 🤣 great staff and management, cool clothes and fun environment.

  Both Rag & Bone stores in Georgetown have been a go-to for shopping for my husband and I. Sela and both her teams always make it fun (my husband hates shopping) so being offered whiskey while we shop, be able to engage with a friendly and enthusiastic team and get nice clothes to go home with? It’s a win win.
