- RSRicardo Sosa4 days ago1.0One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Ever. Brought in a pair of jeans purchased maybe a year ago as the crotch seam is coming undone. Sela Spencer, store manager, refused to honor the company’s Quality policy. Furthermore, when I asked for a small bag to carry the jeans out, she stated I would have to make a purchase for a bag. Truly appalling. The childish and petty behavior was shocking coming from the “manager.” It’s no wonder why there’s a revolving door of employees at this store. Save yourself an unpleasant experience and order online.

Sela and both her teams always make it fun (my husband hates shopping) so being offered whiskey while we shop, be able to engage with a friendly and enthusiastic team and get nice clothes to go home with? It’s a win win.

I was treated incredibly rudely by an employee named Sela her tone and behavior were completely out of line for someone in a customer-facing role—especially at a store that markets itself as high-end. I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated.
