Here is the breakdown: The Good: The store is clean, and the counter staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during checkout. If you’re looking for sheer volume, they have a ton of inventory to dig through. The Bad: It is absolute chaos inside. The racks are packed so tight you can barely move hangers, and almost nothing is in the correct size order. It feels more like a scavenger hunt than a shopping trip. Also, be aware that there are no customer restrooms available here according to the staff. The Merchandise: Most of what I saw felt like standard "made-for-Rack" merchandise rather than genuine clearance finds from the main store. I didn’t find many "great picks" this time around. The Vibe: While the cashiers were great, the stocking staff on the floor weren't particularly helpful or friendly. Summary: If you have the patience to hunt through disorganized, overcrowded racks, you might find something, but don't expect a quick or easy shopping trip.

Her customer service was absolutely excellent she’s got a chair for the elderly and is knowledgeable about the store and item location. Aniya’s customer service skills are to be commended.
