  I had the best time today at Madewell 14th street!!! Monet and Terrence were so friendly and helpful today in helping me choose clothes. Madewell can feel a little inaccessible and yuppie but Monet and Terrence were so cool and kind and helped Madewell feel more inclusive. It is such a fun welcoming space for everyone who walks in. They also have cute pop-up events and have great potential for expanding into more events. I would love to see them do more events :) always a great time at this Madewell location—hands down my favorite, and my go-to, Madewell ♥️

  I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store and how kind they all were when I stopped by to buy jeans. I’ve gained some weight recently and have been feeling uncomfortable about my body, so was expecting to have an okay experience at the store and get in and get out. Immediately the workers were super kind and listened to my concerns and helped to choose styles that they thought would flatter me. They were consistently helpful with finding the right fit and listening to my concerns with the fit of the pair I was wearing. Each time I came out in a pair of jeans they immediately reassured me that the cut was flattering or if the fit was off they were kind and grabbed a better pair. Overall it was a really great feeling to go into a store with insecurities and have workers be incredibly kind and supportive as I worked through them in real time. Thank you so much to the individuals working for your patience and empathy, you all deserve the world.

  I went into the 14th St shop today to buy my first pair of jeans postpartum - which can be a bit anxiety inducing - but was met with such kindness and support from Terrance. He greeted my friend and I and helped to find jeans that fit and were just what I was looking for. He followed back up after trying them on and was just so nice and complimentary - I really appreciated it especially with all the changes that come after you have a baby - Big thank you to Terrance and to Alaina for her kindness when I called the shop to follow up with them just to say how much I appreciated the pleasant in store experience today!

  Extremely helpful staff! I went in and wasn't sure exactly which size I was in their jeans, and they were super helpful and knowledgeable about the different styles/cuts. Go here if you need to buy new jeans!!
