  A few months ago I ordered a simple card holder to be picked up at this location. The staff that works here are the most unfriendly, uninviting people I’ve ever met. I’ve shopped at the other stores in the U.S. and in Europe. Will be ordering online delivery from now on while I’m in DC.

  Got a Louis Vuitton. Cologne smells very good the associate was so kind and was glad to talk to me about all the cologne customer service was great.

  This location is unfortunately so racist and it doesn’t matter who they bring in, nothing changes. I’ve purchased over 5 bags from this specific location, not because I want to, but because it’s the closest location to me and I’m still treated nastily each time. News flash, you’re in Washington DC where many of us grew up here and are BLACK. STOP THE RACISM AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE IN THIS STOTE. ITS TIRING. Unfortunately, I’ve decided I will no longer come to this location. Not going to be treated poorly because I’m black. This time I went only to fix my perfume bottle and had to wait for 45 minutes in a store with 5 SA’s and nobody shopping.

  Despite some inconsistent service, the store seems to maintain a solid reputation for product selection and ability to arrange special orders or stock checks when something isn’t immediately available. Many customers leave satisfied — especially if they get helpful staff. On balance, the D.C. CityCenter LV location offers a generally high‑end shopping environment — though, like many luxury boutiques, your individual experience may vary depending on timing and who assists you.
