  2/28: my first experience was so great I had to come visit again. Gigi you’re awesome ! I got my prior purchase hot stamped and bought something new. I love it ! Thank you for taking great care of me ! Can’t wait to be back :D 2/14/26 It was my first experience and purchase. Gigi made it absolutely amazing. The female store manager was a pleasure. Everyone in there were very nice. I was able to get everything I wanted. Thank you both for making my first experience amazing. I will definitely be returning.

  Very nice store, we were welcomed by this charming lady from Dominica, she was very informative and helpful. We didn’t find what we were looking for but she did recommend other stuff. The store is clean and I love the design, the lighting really adds a chic atmosphere and really enhances the articles look. They sell shoes, luggages, bags and more .

  I purchased a misty lilac neverfull bb bag online and it shipped from this store, and I am utterly appalled that LV sent me this disgusting bag. I assume this bag was the display, as it was covered in black dirt, very obvious on light purple leather. The dust bag was even too small and also covered in dirt. Whoever packed my order clearly lacks care for their job. My $3,000 bag was trashed, and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and proving that you sent me a used, disgusting bag. This is the fifth item I’ve had issue with, other items being defective with poor craftsmanship.This brand is going downhill, quality wise and now customer service wise. The item is in transit to be returned but I highly recommend avoiding this store and brand all together.

  In town for a conference and a social event. Walking around DC City Center shopping and as we go in & out of stores we were promptly greeted, shown attention and helped. Unfortunately that was not the case at the Louis Vuitton store. Not only were we not greeted like the couple the entered immediately after us, but we were not acknowledged by anyone except security who stared at us the entire time. We asked for assistance but got no response. After 20 minutes of patiently waiting we decided to leave & spend our money with the other luxury brands in the area. Our retail business is earned not given. Not happy at all.

  Worst customer service. Me and my friends came in and no one greeted us. I said hello to the security at the door and he just started at me. Won’t be returning :)
