  If I could give this store I would give this store a zero I dropped off my wallet to get hot stamped and they were going to mail it to me I dropped it off on sat oct 4th and I still don’t have my wallet it’s a joke trying to contact the store bc you can’t you have to talk to someone and services I haven’t had any communication I live in Va and was visiting DC this is the worst store I have every been in where is my product and why haven’t you returned my product that I paid for how do you mess with someone hard earned money like this I am very disappointed in this store and how they treat customers this is so unprofessional and unacceptable for a business to treat their customers like this don’t purchase anything from this store stay away

  My husband and I came in to pick up my birthday gift. No one greeted us at the door and after about 10 mins we flagged someone to ask for help. She seemed annoyed that we asked for help- said she was helping someone else and would be right with us. Someone walked in after us and was greeted and helped right away by another associate. We waited patiently until another couple arrived and the third associate went to help them. At this point, I pointed out that we had been waiting before the 2 other parties being helped. Only then did we get help. And the sales associate seemed annoyed that we pointed out that we hadn’t been helped yet. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at any other Louis Vuitton store.

  Awful service, bought a pair of sunglasses here and they could not be less interested in helping. They were ALL taking to another customer while helping me asking if she wanted champagne, water etc, Not even a welcome when I walked in. This was a gift but I returned my purchase for this reason and made a new purchase hade at a better location.

  I visited the store today around 3:00 pm, to get a refill on my cologne which I purchased earlier this summer; as well as potentially purchase a new male fragrance. Of course, I was hurriedly greeted, but treated poorly as I waited for my purchased refill. As I explored the display fragrances; and inquired about a sample, I was immediately denied the sample; and informed by a staff member, that my purchased refill should suffice for me… I calmly told them I am considering purchasing another fragrance today; however the male staff member suggested I should decide later as I was torn between two of the fragrances to buy. After the the staff member gave me my purchased refill, He then walked toward the front door and held it open for me as if it were time for me to leave. I did exit the store; and was almost embarrassed due to the way I was treated and dismissed. Furthermore, the store was not busy at time of 3:00 pm.! I’ve made several purchases at this location in past from obtaining my first travel bag; and the awesome colognes which I love; and felt very welcomed by previous staff members who were helpful; patient and encouraging. Unfortunately; those previous staff members were not present in the store today. I truly admire this brand; and I’m bothered by what happened today; as I am always excited to shop there.
