From the outset, I was greeted warmly by a sales associate named Maria, who was most disposed to assist me. She demonstrated expert skills to guide me through the product lines and their availability. In short, I greatly enjoyed her customer service as I was preparing to travel. I was invited to come back which I certainly intend to do in the future.

I went to buy sunglasses and she was patient while I tried on different pairs. I ended up buying a pair and a beautiful purse that she recommended to match my sunglasses. She also helped my boyfriend buy a new travel dop kit as he needed one for his business trip the next day. I definitely recommend Maria and she was not pushy and I will definitely come back and ask for her!

Yesterday morning, I went in hoping to exchange a bag and had a small negative experience with one sales associate. However, another young sales associate was kind and professional and explained that the bag couldn’t be resold due to small spots from light use, which is completely understandable. I still love the bag, will be using it daily, and plan to purchase the larger size for my birthday in April 🌸 I later called the store to share some feedback, and Carole was incredibly kind and understanding. She even offered to send a complimentary gift, which she absolutely did not have to do. She completely turned the experience around. One small experience is not a reflection of the store or the brand. I highly recommend working with Carole—she went above and beyond and truly embodies excellent customer service.
