  Had an amazing experience at this location! 10/10 customer service. Tessa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with making sure I got the fine jewelry pieces that I was fully satisfied with. She was patient and kind as I went back and forth with how necklaces looked layered on me. When I didn’t like how something looked on me, she was very helpful with recommending something different that fit my criteria. Excellent listener! I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Tessa!

  I bought a ring from here about a year ago and absolutely loved it. However, it broke after 6 months and I was so upset! I went back to use their "happiness guarantee" where any item can be replaced. However, when I went to replace it they no longer had it and all prices had gone up so for a similar ring I would have to pay the $60 difference. This bothered me so I looked at other rings and the girl helping me assured me the one I chose out (after a lot of convincing myself I even wanted it) was the same price and I would walk away happy. After all that, I went to checkout and she told me the wrong price and I still would have had to pay for the difference. Overall- 1/5 for poor service, 1/5 for customer service satisfaction grantee, 1/5 jewelry material.

  I have shopped here before but I recently went back for more items and Megan was AMAZING at helping me decide on gifts and items for myself. About a year ago I purchased items for my bridesmaids and a piece came in much later than anticipated. I contacted the store and they gave me a full refund. Overall I think this is a great store with helpful staff and the quality/price of the jewelry is amazing. Definitely a must go for cute gifts!

  I went yesterday 9/20 and the two girls working were so helpful in replacing my necklaces that had tarnished from two solid years of every-day wear. thank you to those two employees for making my day!
