I was really set on buying online I genuinely just wanted to see if I could figure out what size Docs would fit me. He was very attentive and nice. Gave me suggestions and honestly didn’t even feel like he was upselling anything. It felt like he was just genuinely concerned and passionate on how to properly care for your Docs. I do love the pair I got and thanks to him I was able to get the right size and was able to learn more about my shoes. Really can’t stress how welcoming he is to customers to such an intimidating store! Thank you for making this such a fun experience I genuinely love these pair.
