  Reviewing the ALO YOGA STUDIO (not the clothing brand): Honestly, the class was very overrated. As a brand that literally sells yoga and activewear, I expected the studio experience to be at a much higher level. Unfortunately, it fell short. The class itself felt mediocre at best. The instructor seemed low in experience, lacked strong guidance, and the flow didn’t feel intentional or well-structured. On top of that, it felt a bit uncomfortable how much she kept insisting that people come back to her class — it came off as petty rather than professional. What made it even more awkward was the ending. The instructor hugged everyone goodbye, and you could clearly tell many people were uncomfortable. We don’t know each other, and after sweating and exercising, forced physical contact is just not appropriate. Also, the studio is very normal… it doesn’t feel like you’re in an alo yoga studio or maybe I expected more luxury on it, because I’ve definitely seen prettier studios than this. Overall, I don’t recommend the ALO Studio. For a brand of this caliber, I expected well-trained instructors and a premium class experience, and this simply wasn’t it.

  The person on the phone had attitude. I get it’s holiday season but if they can’t work well under pressure maybe retail isn’t where it’s at.

  Yoga studio is connected to store with no walls or doors to isolate it. The loud chaotic noise from shoppers and the store music drowned out the music in the studio. Highly recommend avoiding if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

  Don't shop at Alo. Customer support is non-existent. Spend your money elsewhere. They are very expensive and don't provide insurance or refunds. Don't lose your money spend it elsewhere!!!
