Amazing experience! Walked in with an online order and tried to do an exchange, but did not have the same item in stock. They offered an exchange for another item in store and I took it. Excellent customer service. Excellent knowledge of products. Fast and efficient. ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I rarely post opinions, but felt compelled to share my experience with the poor customer service at this store. Instead of politely explaining the policy of not allowing customers to try on shirts, one representative argued that a “trial” shirt was the same thing. I wouldn’t have minded if he hadn’t been so argumentative. This store clearly doesn’t prioritize customer care, and I won’t be returning. With such an attitude, I predict it’ll close in three years.
