  First time visiting a dior store in the US, ive been to many in Europe, I was welcomed and taken care of by a nice gentleman who was very informative. The prices are a little on a high end but it is Christian Dior. Once I stepped in Pop Smoke song played in my head 😂! They dont carry men glasses because the demand isnt as high in the area but they do have 90% of the store dedicated to women. First ladies and officials’ wives shop there. Their perfumes smell very good tho. They range from $200 to $400+ ! Also the store has a vip section upstairs for those who want to shop like bosses !

  This store is a disgrace to the Dior name. I had some time to kill before happy hour, so I thought I’d pop in to Dior and see if they had one of my lipsticks that I wanted to replace. When I entered the store a large middle-eastern gentleman was leaning on a display case and scrolling through his phone when he said “welcome to Dior” without even looking up. I asked him if they had makeup in the store. This caused him to look up from his phone and look at me with disgust and say “This is NOT a department store.” And then his attention immediately went back to his phone as I left the store. Do not recommend. I may not buy an $8,000 purse but I love their cosmetics line and support the company that way. To be treated by an employee of Dior the way I was, makes me feel like my business isn’t necessary.

  No need to say much, except! world class service every-time I shop here!! Well done Dior!! this is what luxury brands should be all about! Hermes should learn a thing or two from you .

  Nicki was wonderful. warm, attentive, and efficient. She immediately assisted me upon arrival, quickly understanding what I was looking for and guiding me to the right options. Since I’m not a big fan of shopping, I really appreciated how seamless and pleasant she made the experience. I’ll definitely return to work with her again.
