  Here is my experience at this store with Dayquan! I would like to discuss my experience at your boutique. I have noticed a consistent pattern when it comes to my visits or individuals of color. When I visit the store and Ashley is not present, the store sales associates are not friendly or approachable. In fact, it is discriminatory. Each time we arrive at your store, you or someone else asks for more people to come out even when the store is empty or has few guests. Those individuals watch and never speak or ask to assist, which is very concerning. In fact, Ashley is the only one who actually asks us if we need assistance. No one else, not even you, has asked us. The day you had champagne, everyone in the store was there. The person I was with literally had to ask for a glass, and I said, “Let’s leave.” However, everyone else entering the store was asked or greeted with a glass. I expected this from others, but not from someone of the same background or POC. Being treated as if I don’t belong is sickening. Every time I come to this store, I am treated this way. We ask for samples, but you never have them! I have never had any negative encounters with this brand living here in Seattle. I like the brand so much that they were part of my birthday fragrance pop-up. However, based on my interactions at your location, I will stop shopping with the brand entirely. If I wasn’t coming in from brunch last Sunday and loved that fragrance so much that I was needing to purchase it, I would have just asked Ashley to purchase it for me. I hate that I didn’t even give her that commission credit.

  amazing place. staff was very helpful. wife loved her shoes and the experience. worth the long drive and traffic. good parking close by.

  Sophie and dayquan are so great! We were stuck in traffic and arrived a little later than expected. I know what it’s like to have someone walk in last second and they went above and beyond to take care of us. We did not feel rushed and they offered us beverages as we were waiting. Very pleasant experience. CL really knows how to pick their team, I really appreciate guys!
