When I returned home (to another state) and unboxed my bag, I found the hardware was not covered in film, scratched, and the dust bag did not fit the bag. I called to express my concern and was offered a replacement dust bag. I later realized the color on the receipt does not match the color listed on the tag which leads me to believe this was a display bag. I think I should have been advised that I was buying a display bag and notified of any defects.

I almost bumped her a couple of times because she was on our back! We could not even have a private conversation without her, I regret moving forward with the purchase. I should’ve just ordered online, but at least I got what I wanted, I guess.
