  Kaleigh Morgan is the best instructor the studio has!! She is super knowledgeable and welcoming. She cares a lot about the students and makes class fun and challenging at the same time. If you’re going to take anyone’s class make sure it’s hers!

  I had a disappointing experience at a recent Pilates class here. I arrived late after biking 50 minutes to get to the studio. I understand that being late is my responsibility, and I quietly stepped onto one of the already-set mats at the back of the room and began following along without disrupting the class. However, the instructor, Kaleigh Morgan, stopped what she was doing and asked me to leave the class. The class was not full, the mat was already set up, and I was already participating quietly. Being singled out and asked to leave felt unnecessarily harsh and, frankly, unprofessional in terms of instructor etiquette. No one chooses to be late to a $30 Pilates class, and interrupting the session to remove someone who is already quietly participating seems more disruptive than simply letting them continue. On a positive note, the store manager handled the situation with professionalism and kindness and allowed me to return to the class, which I appreciated. I’ve taken several classes here before and really enjoy the studio’s atmosphere and other instructors. That’s why this interaction stood out so negatively.

  Bad management—really unhelpful and stuck up. But can’t be surprised due to the location. Had a coupon for online but online did not have the size needed. In store did. Tried to be polite and ask management to honor but nope—not helpful at all. A very condescending and fake smile as she said “can’t help you.” It’s a little comical because you’d think the discount is coming out of her check. Tyson’s corner customer service is much better and will gladly make the drive there. Will never go back to fake bougie mean girl Georgetown.

  So disappointed with this location on King St in Alexandria, Virginia. I was greeted when we entered the store, Staff was helpful, store was nice and Clean and stocked. Why I gave them a 2 is because when I went to the register to pay for my things, I wasn’t aware that they were having system issues. So I swipe my card the first time it declined and the young man said you may have to try again because we’ve been having issues all day with the system. I swipe my card again and the card declined again. The young lady before me stated that the system had to do the same thing to her as well. My concern is if you know that your system is declining cards why not just say there’s an ATM right outside the door. You might wanna grab some cash because our system is down at the moment. I was so frustrated. He did not apologize for this matter nor did he inform me prior to me swiping my card the very first time. When I went back in to let him know how frustrated I was with this Matter he just stared, didn’t offer any apology whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location. I’ll stick to the Georgetown location or purchasing the items for my daughter online.
