- MRMahsa ROct 29, 20251.0I always thought that companies have return policies in case after you spend a few thousand dollars on an item and you change your mind for any reason then you get to return or exchange it. I bought a purse a few weeks ago. I came home but it was not what I really wanted. I took it back to return it. As soon as I walked into the store, Veronica (the salesperson not the manager) saw me and her facial expressions changed immediately. No greetings. She just said “ooh you are back. I thought you really liked it”. Her behavior the whole time made me so uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional and rude. She even did not respond back when I said bye to her. I have shopped there before. Ryan for instance is great. I will go back there again to shop but I definitely do not want Veronica to help me.

But let me tell you something I was able to get my first two pairs of Saint Laurent also known as YSL. These were phenomenal pics. The staff was very nice RURU was very kind, answered all my questions, and made sure I received brand new pairs of sunglasses. She even helped me set up my first ever YSL account. I have accounts at all the major boutiques and I just added this one to my wallet. Thank you for the great shopping experience.
