- MRMahsa ROct 29, 20251.0I always thought that companies have return policies in case after you spend a few thousand dollars on an item and you change your mind for any reason then you get to return or exchange it. I bought a purse a few weeks ago. I came home but it was not what I really wanted. I took it back to return it. As soon as I walked into the store, Veronica (the salesperson not the manager) saw me and her facial expressions changed immediately. No greetings. She just said “ooh you are back. I thought you really liked it”. Her behavior the whole time made me so uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional and rude. She even did not respond back when I said bye to her. I have shopped there before. Ryan for instance is great. I will go back there again to shop but I definitely do not want Veronica to help me.
