  I always thought that companies have return policies in case after you spend a few thousand dollars on an item and you change your mind for any reason then you get to return or exchange it. I bought a purse a few weeks ago. I came home but it was not what I really wanted. I took it back to return it. As soon as I walked into the store, Veronica (the salesperson not the manager) saw me and her facial expressions changed immediately. No greetings. She just said “ooh you are back. I thought you really liked it”. Her behavior the whole time made me so uncomfortable. She was very unprofessional and rude. She even did not respond back when I said bye to her. I have shopped there before. Ryan for instance is great. I will go back there again to shop but I definitely do not want Veronica to help me.

  First time customer and had been eyeing the medium loulou bag for a really long time. Finally went in there but they were sold out. Veronica has been the BEST person to work with. Normally I shy away from high end retail stores because I normally get judged by the way I dress (when I'm not at work, I like to be in comfortable clothes). Veronica treated me with so much care as if I was no different than any one else. She had told me that the loulou bag I wanted in black with gold details was sold out, she helped me locate another one to have shipped to the store. She had kept me in the loop everyday about the status of my bag and she is just WONDERFUL. She had told me that she would be off today and told me specifically to speak to her manager Tana, which was also very amazing, and I got my bag! It's such a beautiful bag, and was totally worth the wait! If you want a great experience, Veronica and Tana are AMAZING and would give you the best experience ever! Now my mom wants one and guess who I will be looking for to help? 😁😁😁 5 stars for Veronica and Tana is NOT ENOUGH! They are the best and made my first experience SUPERB! Love everything about this place because of the two of them!!!
