They had to boot in stock and went in to try it on. I walked in the store around 5:20pm and was immediately greeted even though Helen was busy with 3 other guests, being the only sales associate in the store. Helen had actually pulled the pair of boots to the side for me so they were ready to try on once I got in. She easily juggled all 4 of us with respect and great recommendations. I ended up canceling my online order and bought another pair of boots similar to the style. I was very pleased with Helen’s poise and ability to handle 4 different guests by herself.
