I was quoted between $250–$350, yet my bill came out to $575—in addition to a $49 bi-weekly service charge, a setup fee, and an unexplained $154 charge that I am currently on hold trying to understand. Choosing this company was a huge mistake. I shopped around and did my due diligence beforehand. I was originally told that enrolling in automatic payments would save me $10 per bi-weekly service, but that discount was never applied. I was also told that the first bi-weekly payment would be waived; it wasn’t. Once you become a customer, this company clearly does not care. They will say whatever they need to in order to get you to sign up, including misrepresenting prices and fees. Their practices feel deceptive and predatory, designed solely to take your money. I have spent nearly three hours trying to resolve these issues—filing an incident report, waiting on hold, and speaking with multiple representatives, each time waiting 30–45 minutes—with no resolution. I strongly advise others to stay away. Oh, and I just saw they charged me $5 as a "fee" for disabling automatic payment. Worst company I have ever worked for. Still on hold after 33 minutes. No one is helpful or able to resolve issues.
