Kathleen was my sales representative and she was so lovely and helped me pick out the perfect gift and I needed advice on earrings for myself as I have a family wedding and wasn’t sure what to wear! She picked out the nicest earrings for me! She was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for her impeccable taste and knowledge! Hands down best customer service and I will definitely be back!

Helpful associates...but made me feel uncomfortable by not showing a friendly smile once the entire visit ....until the very end? I do have a healthy annual spend for my store plus personal needs. Was it my blue jeans and untucked shirt that warranted a " cold reaction " ? 1/26. Wow- like a whole new store- today's 2 associates embodied the true meaning of Hospitality! Very helpful and curteous. Thank you for a better experience.
