They don’t try to upsell you. They ask lots of questions to better understand their clientele. Service is 2nd to none! The leadership there is down to earth, warm and welcoming. The world would be a better place if people cared as much as the staff at Mitchell’s does. Don’t forget to ask for David in the men’s shoe department! Keep crushing it guys! I can’t wait to comeback again soon!
